New energy models in the past two years have quickly become the vision of many car owners, one of the reasons is the government’s subsidy policy.
While people are speculating whether the subsidy will be reduced, the new energy vehicle subsidy standard in 2018 officially appeared.
So have state subsidies gone up or down?
What are the new requirements?
Xiaobian to interpret the new energy vehicle subsidy price.
According to the subsidy plan issued by the Ministry of Finance, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other ministries, the subsidy for new energy vehicles in 2017-2018 will decrease by 20% on the basis of 2016, and it will decrease by 40% in 2019-2020.
In the latest rumor, the 2019 subsidy reduction will be implemented in 2018, which means the subsidy will be reduced by 40%.
Car purchase tax rate: The current tax rate for large displacement (above 1.6L) is 10%, while the tax rate for small displacement (below 1.6L) will be adjusted from 5% to 7.5% in 2017.
The specific amount of charges can be calculated according to the formula: new car purchase tax amount = car purchase price (including tax price)/1.17(value-added tax rate of 17%)*10%(the new regulations in 2017 is 7.5%), in simple terms, the invoice price of the vehicle is divided by 1.17, and then multiplied by 7.5%, which is the vehicle purchase tax payable by the consumer.
For example, from October 1, 2015 to December 31, 2016, the preferential policy of halving the purchase tax for passenger cars with displacement of 1.6 liters or less will be implemented. For a new car costing 100,000 yuan, consumers will only need to pay 5,000 yuan for the purchase tax, while in the New Deal in 2017, the preferential range will be reduced and 7,500 yuan will be required for the purchase tax.
Starting in 2018, 10,000 yuan will be required.
