What about clothes that have shrunk?
Many of us have had the experience of carefully washing and drying our favorite clothes only to find that they have shrunk to the point where they can no longer be worn.
Technically, shrunken clothes can never be fully recovered.
But if you find the right way, you can loosen up the fabric and make it more likely to recover.
Already shrinking cotton clothing can try this: 1. Soak in cold water for half an hour or so, then do not dry, not drying, probably after twist dry the direct drying up, clothes more moisture, using gravity stretch, but in the left shoulder line with hangers or clip clamps, otherwise is too heavy, shoulder will drop down will deformation!
2. Put the shrunk garment on a large piece of cardboard, stretch it out, and then press it with an iron. The garment will be heated and will be much bigger when put on again.
3. Steam with an iron and stretch it to your desired length, depending on the material.

Worsted fabrics stretch the worst!
In addition to washing and maintenance, when buying clothes, we must understand the shrinkage rate of fabrics and washing methods.
Before wearing cotton clothes, soak them in light salt water for half an hour to wash and air them before wearing them. In this way, the clothes will not shrink when you wash them in the correct way.
